ORACULUM: Life Guidance · Application terms

Terms of Use

Effective and last updated: 28 October 2026 · Version 1.0

These terms govern your use of the ORACULUM application and supporting services provided by Oraculum Digital Labs Ltd, Cyprus company HE 498123, Andrea Araouzou 2, Stefano Plaza, 1st Floor, Office 101, Kato Polemidia 4150, Limassol, Cyprus. Contact: office@oraculumlabs.eu.

TestFlight beta: use fictional, non-sensitive examples while testing. Features may change, fail or be unavailable, and testing access may end. Do not rely on a beta copy as the only record of important information. These terms do not remove your mandatory consumer rights.

1. Eligibility and purpose

ORACULUM is for adults aged 18 and over. It offers tools for personal reflection: exploring questions and possible next steps, and organising goals, decisions and journal entries. You must use it lawfully and agree to these terms to use the service.

The app does not guarantee future events or outcomes. AI guidance, inferred patterns and optional astrology or psychology-themed features can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Use qualified professional help for decisions requiring it. ORACULUM is not an emergency or crisis-response service.

2. Accounts and protecting your journey

Where admission is available, you may start with an anonymous account. Its session is needed to access that journey. Losing the session, deleting app data or changing devices may make an unprotected journey unrecoverable. Use an available verified sign-in method to protect it. Email codes are personal and must not be shared.

Use accurate information where required, keep control of your sign-in method, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not use someone else’s identity or account. Protecting a journey is required before purchasing Premium through the app.

3. Your content, AI and acceptable use

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us the limited permission necessary to store, process and transmit it to provide the features you request, subject to your privacy and AI choices. This is not permission to publish your private journal or use it for advertising. See the application Privacy Notice for processing details and providers.

Submit only content you have the right to use. Minimise information identifying other people. The current beta is not intended for medical records, intimate information, religious or political beliefs, or other special-category or confidential third-party information. Do not submit those details during testing; text fields do not automatically filter them out.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, exploitation, infringement, unauthorised access or attempts to bypass security, quotas or purchase checks. Do not disrupt the service or extract other users’ information. We may take proportionate action to protect the service and affected people.

Review AI output before acting on or sharing it. Outputs may be similar for different users and may not qualify for exclusive intellectual-property rights. We do not promise accuracy, uniqueness or a particular result. You are responsible for your decisions, subject to our own obligations under applicable law.

4. Free features, Premium and purchases

Free and paid features may have usage limits. The app and the Apple purchase screen show the features, billing period, price, currency and any trial or promotional conditions applicable to an offer before you accept it. Beta participation does not itself grant a permanent Premium entitlement or commit you to a future purchase.

When an auto-renewing subscription is offered, Apple manages payment and renewal under the terms shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal; access for an already-paid period follows the applicable store terms. Delete-account, sign-out and uninstall actions do not cancel the subscription.

Use the app’s restore-purchases function with the relevant Apple account and protected ORACULUM journey when needed. Purchase entitlement is subject to verification. For App Store refunds, use Apple’s refund process; eligibility depends on applicable law and Apple’s rules. Nothing here limits statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.

5. TestFlight testing

TestFlight distribution is subject to Apple’s TestFlight conditions and availability. Builds and invitations may expire. We may limit the number of testers, admission periods, AI usage and enabled features. A beta may contain defects and does not promise general App Store availability or uninterrupted access.

Send feedback through TestFlight or office@oraculumlabs.eu. Describe the steps, expected result and actual result. Do not include passwords, authentication codes or private reflection content in reports. We may use your feedback to improve the app without an obligation to implement it.

6. Privacy, exports and deletion

The Privacy Notice explains information handling and your rights. Privacy controls, supported data exports and deletion requests are not reserved for Premium. Deleting your account removes the associated active journey through the deletion process; limited evidence and provider records may remain as explained in the notice. Export information you need before deletion. An unprotected anonymous account may be impossible to verify after its session is lost.

7. Licence and service changes

We and our licensors retain rights in the software, branding and service materials, apart from your content. The app is licensed, not sold. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the App Store software licence unless a separate valid custom EULA is provided. These terms govern our supporting service and do not replace Apple’s own terms.

We may maintain, update or modify the service. For material changes affecting paid services, we will provide information and any options required by applicable law. We do not exclude statutory guarantees for digital content or services. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory consumer remedies.

8. Restriction, ending use and changes to terms

You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for a serious breach, abuse, security, legal requirements or the end of a beta. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us about the decision. Any paid-service remedies and data rights remain subject to applicable law.

We will identify updated terms by date and communicate material changes through an appropriate app or account channel. Where renewed agreement is required, we will request it. Contact us first about questions or complaints; you retain access to competent courts and consumer authorities and the mandatory protection of the law applicable to you.
